If you would like your coffee ground for a specific brew method not listed here please let us know as we will do our best to accommodate. We grind using an EK43 which gives us a beautifully even grind. For those wanting to hit the perfect extraction please let us know if you’d like us to grind differently on your next order.

This coffee is grown and produced by women farmers in northern Rwanda. 85% of the land they own is 2000m above sea level, where the rich soil is also used to grow a diverse crop such as legumes, beans and sweet potatoes. The expert farming, high altitude and rich loam allow for the sweet stonefruit flavours of this coffee to stand out.
