We are Legs Coffee, an Anglo-Danish micro-roastery based in Bermondsey, London. Our mission is to provide you with super delicious, bold, and interesting coffees all year round, straight from the roaster.
Our story
As a micro-roastery, we spotlight a handful of the best coffees at a time. This allows us to really hone each and every batch. Every small tweak makes sure we bring out the most from the coffee and do justice to the farmers and everyone involved in bringing this coffee to you. We can take on amazing, often experimental green beans from small plot holders and be on the forefront of developments in the world of specialty coffee.
Our roaster
We roast on an electric fluid-bed machine. This means the coffee beans are suspended in hot air, rotating and mixing constantly to produce a cleaner, more consistent sample than more old-school drum roasters. It also means we aren’t reliant on harmful gases to roast, and all our electricity is from 100% renewable sources.
